In 2017, Datec made a successful transition to the ISO9001:2015 certification after a comprehensive quality audit conducted by DMV-GL a quality certification and accreditation body. As an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company, Datec systematically monitors its quality through customer feedback, individual self-assessment, regular management reviews, risk based and an annual quality assessment. There is a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organisational processes that helps improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement. In 2021, Datec achieved a further milestone in its Quality journey being the first company in PMG to achieve ISO 27001:2013 certification for Information Security. To be ISO 27001 certified shows that Datec fulfils the very high information security standard regarding confidentiality, integrity and availability. This certification demonstrates that Datec live up to the laws and demands of the data protection regulations. The certificate applies to both the Datec operations and Data Center.
